To Synchronize the Standalone Dataset and your Live dataset.
- Find and run the Standalone Monitor
This icon should be located on your desktop on the Standalone Workstation
- Log in with your user credentials.
- To update the main dataset with all the invoices stored within the Standalone Dataset, and update the standalone dataset with current data, click the Update Main button.
- To just update the standalone dataset with new data, you can press the Update Standalone Button.
However, if there are invoices in that dataset waiting to be exported, you will see the blue highlighted prompt below. If you see that message, you must click the Update Main button so that all invoices will be exported to the main dataset before the new data is imported into the Standalone Dataset.
