Follow steps below to fix the error.
1. On the start menu, type PSQL Control Center & Documentation or pcc if Pervasive 12 and Zen Control Center & Documentation if PSQL 14.
2. Then, Configure MicroKernel Router.
3. Look for Performance tuning, make sure Use Cache Engine is unchecked. Then hit OK. That should fix it.
