-The Server threw an exception error occurs when a pdf file is being uploaded on System Five
-it turns out that this error is due to 64bit version installed on Adobe Acrobat as it is not fully supported by System Five
-32bit version of Adobe Acrobat is fully supported by System Five same as Outlook
-so it would be best if we reinstall Adobe Acrobat with 32bit version to fix this issue.
