Missing Lookup Words in Design Reports
PROBLEM:
Lookup words are not appearing in the Design Customer Report or Design Supplier Report.
SOLUTION:
Lookup words are specific to either Customers or Suppliers.
- Navigate to the Design Customer/Supplier Reports.
- Open the first tab labeled Reports.
- Locate the Customer/Supplier selection.
- Ensure the appropriate option is selected:
- Select Customer for Accounts Receivable reports.
- Select Supplier for Accounts Payable reports.
By following these steps, the correct lookup words will appear in the reports.
