How do I get all the electronic catalogs from my suppliers into System Five for easy reference?

SOLUTION:

The Virtual Warehouse Part Maintenance window allows you to:

• Load into the Virtual Warehouse parts database.
• Update inventory cost, list, description, retail, and sale prices for regular inventory with the same part number as Virtual Warehouse.
• Edit and report on items in the Virtual Warehouse parts database and remove parts based on the supplier.

It is possible to data load your supplier price lists into the Virtual Warehouse for easy lookup capability without loading these parts into your regular/real inventory. This video explains how to enable the virtual warehouse feature and shows how to data load a CSV file (using Excel) containing your suppliers' electronic data into System Five.
